We are thrilled to announce that seven new individuals have been appointed to the YNPN Boston Board of Directors! This group brings a ton of passion and dedication to our organization. They are excited to leverage their collective experience – across events, operations, organizational development, marketing, volunteer management, fundraising, and program delivery – to build a stronger organization with exciting, meaningful programming for young nonprofit professionals in Greater Boston.
With the addition of our new leaders, our board now better represents the types of organizations and institutions in Boston’s diverse nonprofit sector, including social services, the arts, the environment, public policy, civic engagement, economic justice, higher education, and philanthropy. This important reflection of our sector ensures that we’re providing relevant professional development opportunities and connection points for young professionals interested in all types of nonprofit work, and that YNPN Boston members will have clear avenues to weigh in throughout the year.
Join us soon for more great YNPN Boston events, keep an eye out on Facebook and Twitter, post to our listserv, and please join us in a warm welcome to the newest members of our Leadership Team!
