Conflicting situations inevitably exist in organizations. Pretending things are running smoothly or avoiding confrontations can negatively impact the program and the people involved. Conflict is not always destructive, it becomes a problem when parties do not know how to handle it, but conflict can be seen as an opportunity for learning and growth. In this workshop, we will explore the potential sources of conflict at work, participants will assess their conflict resolution style and learn steps to evaluate and manage conflict productively. Interactive exercises, presentations and case studies will make this workshop a dynamic learning experience.
